World-class innovation
Vision Engineering has been leading the world with pioneering technology and award-winning innovations since 1958. In 2020 we were recognised by the Queen’s Award for Innovation for our Lynx EVO high magnification, stereo eyepiece-less microscope. Now, and in the years ahead, we will maintain an unswerving commitment to innovation, ergonomic design and improved user productivity.
Dynascope eyepiece-less technology
Setting new benchmarks in eyepiece-less microscope performance, Dynascope allows the operator to adopt a natural posture with greater freedom of head movement, easier hand-eye coordination and better peripheral vision, with the option to wear spectacles or safety glasses if required.
Expanded-pupil technology
Our patented ‘expanded-pupil’ technology remove the need for users to precisely align their eyes with microscope eyepieces, allowing them to sit back from the instrument. This ergonomic breakthrough means that the extra distance between the eyes and the microscope is enough to allow ambient light into the eyes, reducing eyestrain and providing a more natural view of the subject.
TriTeQ³ for glasses-free, true digital 3D displays
TriTeQ³ provides operators with maximum depth perception and unique 3D imaging, at high resolution and in real time, eliminating the common drawbacks of other digital visual display technologies. It gives the operator a natural, true 3D experience without the need for special glasses, VR goggles or other restrictive eyewear.
Ergonomic advantage
Everything we make is designed with ergonomics in mind. It’s what sets us apart. We know if a microscope can be used comfortably and without straining the eyes or cramping the neck and shoulder muscles, the operator will be more comfortable, happier and more productive. Accuracy, speed and throughput are all improved with Vision Engineering’s ergonomic designs.
The future of digital inspection has arrived
Our DRV-Z1 (Deep Reality Viewer) is a world first. Unlike any other inspection system, DRV-Z1 creates stunning 3D HD images which float in the air. What’s more, you don’t need any virtual reality headsets or special glasses. Ideal for manufacturing and research applications, it combines the benefits of optical stereo microscopy with digital technology to give you natural 3D visualisation with outstanding depth perception. And you can even share those images in 3D HD on other DRV-Z1 displays around the world, in real time.
